Refund policy

You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them to us within a further 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

We refund the item price once we receive the goods, using the original payment method. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us on +44 7343 125007 and we will repair, replace or refund it.
